7. Subscription & Billing

• WD-Bot subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.
• Rockbot (Community Edition) is provided free of charge through WilmingtonRocks and may be discontinued or modified at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your WD-Bot or Rockbot to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or harassing content
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Attempt to circumvent safety measures or content filters
• Transmit malware, spam, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law

Wadsworth Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The WD-Bot and Rockbot brands, software, and underlying technology are the property of Wadsworth Digital LLC. Your assistant's personality, workspace content, and conversation history belong to you. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the service.
