When you sign up for a WD-Bot, we collect:
- Account information — Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and industry.
- Conversation data — Messages exchanged between you and your WD-Bot through Telegram or other supported platforms.
- Usage data — How you interact with your assistant (features used, frequency, etc.).
- Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To set up and operate your WD-Bot assistant
- To personalize your assistant's knowledge and behavior
- To improve our services and develop new features
- To communicate with you about your account and service updates
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
4. AI Model Providers
Your conversations are processed by third-party AI providers including Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude). These providers:
- Do not use your data to train their models (per their enterprise data policies)
- Process data in accordance with their own privacy policies
- May retain data temporarily for abuse prevention and service operation
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- AI providers — To power your assistant (Google, Anthropic)
- Payment processors — Stripe, for billing
- Cloud infrastructure — Google Cloud Platform, for hosting
- Law enforcement — If required by law or valid legal process
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. Our founder has 22+ years of enterprise cybersecurity experience including CISSP certification.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation:
- Conversation history is deleted within 30 days
- Account information is retained for 90 days for billing and legal purposes
- You may request immediate deletion by emailing [email protected]
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your conversation history
- Opt out of non-essential communications
9. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Your assistant interactions on Telegram do not involve cookies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your assistant.
