Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using WD-Bot or Rockbot services provided by Wadsworth Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Wadsworth Digital provides AI-powered business assistants ("WD-Bot") delivered primarily through the Telegram messaging platform. Services include:

• WD-Bot Base — AI assistant with custom personality, web research, reminders, and a shared Google Drive workspace ($25/month)
• WD-Bot Pro — Full integrations including calendar, email, voice, premium AI models, and dedicated workspace (custom pricing)
• WD-Bot Corporate — Multi-agent deployment with dedicated infrastructure for team-specific business use cases (enterprise pricing)
• Rockbot — Free community assistant for WilmingtonRocks venue partners

3. Account & Access

• You must provide accurate information during setup
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account
• You may not share your assistant access with unauthorized users
• Corporate accounts may have multiple authorized users as defined in your agreement

4. Payments & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice
• You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to your WD-Bot
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to operate the service
• Google Drive workspaces created for your account are shared with you and managed by Wadsworth Digital
• Corporate clients may provide their own API keys for enhanced security and data isolation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the AI systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Transmit malware, spam, or phishing content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Telegram, AI providers), and unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wadsworth Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hanover County, North Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your assistant at least 30 days before taking effect.
